Labor & Delivery Support

  • Our first visit is all about connection! We’ll review your intake form, talk about your birth preferences, and discuss how we can best support you and your family. This visit helps us build trust and set the foundation for your care.

  • Personalized guidance and coaching to prepare you for labor and delivery. We’ll focus on helping you build confidence, practice comfort techniques, and develop a birth plan that aligns with your vision, ensuring you feel empowered and supported during your birth journey.

  • Hands-on, compassionate support during labor and delivery to help you stay comfortable, confident, and informed. We provide comfort techniques, advocacy, and reassurance from the first contraction to your baby’s first breath.

  • Your doula will be on call at 37 weeks.

  • One postpartum visit is included within the first 7 days after birth to support your transition into recovery and early newborn care. This visit may include physical and emotional support, basic newborn care guidance, feeding support, and time to process your birth experience. The goal is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and confident during the early postpartum period.

  • Additional visits are available to provide continued support throughout pregnancy. These sessions are designed to meet your individual needs and may include education, physical comfort techniques, emotional support, and personalized guidance to help you feel prepared, supported, and confident at every stage.
