Full-Spectrum Doula Certification

About the Program

Melancentric’s Applied Doula Training is more than just education — it’s a career pathway.

This program is co-led by a Full-Spectrum Doula and a Nurse, combining the heart of community-based support with the structure of clinical care. Together, they bring years of hands-on experience from both birth work and bedside, ensuring doulas are trained in a way that is compassionate, trauma-informed, and medically aware.

Over the course of four weeks, participants will gain the core knowledge needed to support families across the full reproductive spectrum and over the following year, they’ll receive mentorship, guidance, and the opportunity to grow their real-world experience at a sustainable pace.

Graduates will earn their Melancentric Full-Spectrum Doula Certification, complete CPR training, and walk away prepared to support clients in hospitals, clinics, and homes with confidence and professionalism.
